Your New Year’s Eve party ticket includes three hours of premium open bar, with a wide selection of wine, beer, spirits, and more available throughout the celebration. You’ll also enjoy a Cuban-themed plated dinner featuring a selection of Havana Central favorites, giving you plenty to savor while the party gets underway.
As midnight approaches, all eyes turn toward the world-famous Times Square celebration happening just blocks away. While Havana Central does not offer a direct view of the Times Square Ball Drop, the countdown and ball drop will be broadcast inside the restaurant on our TVs, so you can experience the excitement without leaving the party. 🥂
When the clock strikes twelve, raise a glass with an included champagne toast and welcome the New Year surrounded by music, celebration, and the unmistakable energy of Times Square. All ages are welcome, and guests are encouraged to dress in festive New Year’s Eve attire.

Prefer to begin your New Year’s Eve festivities a little earlier? Havana Central’s Early Dinner Seating from 5:00pm to 7:30pm offers a festive way to celebrate before the late-night crowds and midnight countdown take over Times Square. ✨
Settle in for a Cuban-themed plated dinner in the lively atmosphere of Havana Central, complete with Latin music, New Year’s Eve party props, and the warm hospitality that makes a night with us feel like a celebration. Specialty cocktails and mocktails will also be available to help you raise a glass to the year ahead. 🍹
The early seating is a great option whether you’re heading out afterward to continue your Times Square plans or simply want to enjoy a memorable New Year’s Eve dinner and celebrate on an earlier schedule.

Entrées – Choice of One: Choose from Pollo al Ajillo, Ropa Vieja, Salmon with Mango, Ginger & Habanero Glaze, Pernil, Arroz con Camarones, or Vegetarian Paella with broccoli, squash, zucchini, onions, and peppers.
Dessert – Choice of One: Finish your meal with Flan, Churros, or Tres Leches.
